To support code enforcement efforts of the Fire Marshal's Office and other county agencies, the Stafford County Board of Supervisors has established and frequently updates an approved fee schedule for these services. Current fees for Fire Prevention Code Permits as well as for most plan review and other inspections are identified in the most recent fee schedule coordinated and consolidated by the Department of Public Works.
Payment of fees for plan reviews or construction inspections are primarily coordinated by the Department of Code Administration. Any questions about these fees or payment of these fees should be directed to that department by calling 540-658-8650.
